1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation must be made before the order is being processed or fulfilled. A full refund will then be issued.

While we process your refund immediately on our end, do expect approximately 5 to 10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account. Kindly contact us for any assistance in determining the status of your refund.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

How do I return a product?

Please follow the following return procedure:

  • Sign in to your VITASG.SG account
  • Click here to go to your Order History page to look for the Order Number
  • Click the Returns/Refunds button on the right side of the Order Number
  • Fill up the Returns Form and upload any necessary pictures
*Kindly wait for the approval of the return request before returning the product(s) to us.

You may mail the product to us or by doing self-return at our office. Our office address is #05-00, No.4 Ang Mo Kio Ave 12 Singapore 569498. Do note that our opening hours are from Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding Public Holidays).


For returns by mail, please send your parcel via a delivery method which allows tracking as we will not be liable for any lost parcel.

Kindly note that the Return Item(s) button will only appear after the estimated delivery time has passed. Only orders with Complete status and within 7 business days from the date you receive your item(s) can be processed for return/refund.

What if I have made my purchase using Guest Checkout?

Please contact our Customer Service team at enquiry@vitasg.sg within 7 business days from the date you receive your item(s) and provide us with the following information

  • Order ID
  • Product Name
  • Return reason
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Damaged product(s)
    • Shortage of product(s) received
    • Wrong product(s) received
    • Wrong Delivery
    • Change of Mind
    • Other Reasons
  • Return action
    • Replacement of product(s)
    • Store credit refunn
    • Original payment method refund
  • Upload any necessary pictures of the product(s)
*Kindly wait for the approval of the return request before returning the product(s) to us.

What is your return policy?

We welcome any return of item(s) within 7 business days from the date you receive your item(s).

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow up to 3 weeks, upon the receipt of your return item(s), for us to process your return and issue your refund. You may check the status of your return/refund in your Order History. Once your item(s) are being processed, you will receive a system generated email that includes the amount of refund for your records.
