Cancellation must be made before the order is being processed or fulfilled. A full refund will then be issued.
While we process your refund immediately on our end, do expect approximately 5 to 10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account. Kindly contact us for any assistance in determining the status of your refund.
How do I return a product?
Please follow the following return procedure:
You may mail the product to us or by doing self-return at our office. Our office address is #05-00, No.4 Ang Mo Kio Ave 12 Singapore 569498. Do note that our opening hours are from Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding Public Holidays).
For returns by mail, please send your parcel via a delivery method which allows tracking as we will not be liable for any lost parcel.

Once your item(s) are being processed, you will receive a system generated email that includes the amount of refund for your records.
